Crochet Hipster Tote

I finished this Hipster Tote from Vintage Crochet just after Christmas.
I was having some problems working out the pattern for the base, so I took it home with me to the UK on my last next visit. Mum saved the day and helped me to work it out, thanks Mum!
The next task was to seam the two sides together. This is not my favourite part of any project but as luck would have it Mum had her linking machine out so we thought we'd have a go and see if it could do the seaming for us instead.
